Pizza Balls "Simple & Easy"

This post may contain affiliate links.

Yesterday on Facebook I asked for a few ideas for Supper since we're getting busy with Soccer, Baseball, Scouts and "Life"!  Thanks to all that put ideas up, here is one that I thought was the coolest thing I couldn't wait to share!  I know their are so many great ideas on Pinterest I need to tackle, but lack of time...get's hard!

Thanks a ton Andrea Brouillette!  If you all have any other favorites please leave a comment, share on Facebook or email me at mysouthcentraltexasmommy@gmail.com

*I'm thinking I could also use these for the kids lunches?

Ingredients:

3 cans Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits (10 per can)
56 pepperoni slices
block of Colby cheese
1 beaten egg
Parmesan
Italian seasoning
Garlic powder
1 jar pizza sauce

Preparation:

Cut the block of cheese into 28 squares. Flatten a biscuit out and stack pepperoni and cheese on top. Gather up the edges of the biscuit. Line up the rolls in a greased 9x13 in. pan. Brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle with parmesan, Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Bake at 425°F for 18-20 minutes. **Use the pizza sauce for dipping
