Veteran’s Day 2015 Deals, Free Food & Discounts For Military and Their Families

Here is an awesome list of Restaurant and Freebie deals for Veteran's Day 2015.  Deals available for Veteran's and their families.  Some deals may not be available in our area.  Let me know if you have any deals to add to the list!

Restaurant Freebies:

Applebees ~ Stop in to a participating Applebee's on Wednesday, November 11, 2015 to get your Veterans day free meal. You'll be able to choose a meal from a limited Veterans Day menu that includes items like steak, cheeseburgers, chicken tenders, and more.

Bar Louie ~ From open to close November 10th and 11th every Bar Louie location across the country will offer veterans and military personnel a free meal up to a $12 value. Available at participating locations, military ID or proof of service is required.

Carrabba's ~If you are a veteran or active military member, you can stop by a Carrabba's near you and get a free appetizer of your choice from Monday, November 9 through Sunday, November 15.There's no purchase necessary or coupon required; you just need to bring military ID or come in your uniform.

Cici's ~ CiCi's Pizza is giving free buffets for all veterans who show their military ID. Call your local restaurant to confirm!

Cotton Patch ~ Cotton Patch Cafe is giving out free Veterans Day meals to veterans and active military on November 11, 2015. You can get a free full size chicken fried steak or chicken fried chicken as long as you bring along a military ID.

California Pizza Kitchen ~ Veterans Day free meal as well and both veterans and those in active military duty can take advantage. Stop by your local California Pizza Kitchen on Wednesday, November 11, 2015 to choose a pizza, full size salad, or pasta from the special Veterans Day Menu when you dine-in.

Champp's ~ Champps is giving veterans and active duty military a free burger and fries on Wednesday, November 11, 2015. Call your local Champp's to confirm!

Chili's ~ Chili's is offering all military veterans past and present their choice of any lunch combo, or your choice of a dinner meal from a select menu, including any full-size flatbread. Offer only available at participating Chili's in the U.S. only. Dine-in from limited menu only; beverages and gratuity not included. Veterans and active duty military simply show proof of military service.

Cowboy Chicken – All those who serve or have served are treated to a free entrée, with any drink purchase on Veterans Day, November 11.

Denny's ~ Free Build Your Own Grand Slam on November 11, from 5 a.m. to noon for all active, inactive, and retired military personnel. Participating locations only. Please call ahead.

El Fenix ~ El Fenix provides a free meal on Wednesday, November 11. A special Veterans Day menu will be offered to these all-American heroes. They can choose from: Cheese Enchiladas, One Cheese Enchilada, One Meat Taco or One Cheese Enchilada, One Cheese Taco and One Beef Tamale.

Fox & Hound ~ Free Sandwich or Entree (up to $10) for active duty military and veterans with ID or proof of service. Dine-in only and at only at participating locations.

Golden Corral ~ The 15th annual Golden Corral Military Appreciation dinner will is available to any person who has ever served in the United States Military. If you are a veteran, retired, currently serving, in the National Guard or Reserves, you are invited to participate in Golden Corral's Military Appreciation dinner. Grub Burger Bar ~ Get 50% off of meal, and a free Caramel Apple shake. Proof of military service required.

Hard Rock Cafe Dallas~ Veterans and active duty military can receive a free meal at the Hard Rock Cafe Dallas with the purchase of another entree onWednesday, Nov. 11 from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Just show a valid military ID!

IHOP ~ From 7AM-7PM, Veterans and Active Duty Military can head to IHOP for a free stack of Red, White and Blue pancakes – buttermilk pancakes crowned with glazed strawberries, blueberry compote and whipped topping. You'll just need to show Military ID or proof of military service to snag your free pancakes.

Little Caesars ~ Free pizza or $5 HOT-N-READY Lunch Combo to all US Armed Forces veterans and active military members between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM. With proof of military service, at participating stores nationwide. Call ahead to verify participation.

Menchie's ~ Menchie's will be giving out free 6 oz. cups of frozen yogurt to veterans and active duty military all day on Veterans Day. Show military ID or dress in uniform.

McCormick & Schmick's ~ McCormick & Schmick's is celebrating their 17th annual Veteran's Appreciation Event on Sunday, November 9th. Veterans will be able to choose a complimentary lunch or dinner entrée from a special menu. Veterans must provide proof of military service. Be sure to contact your local McCormick & Schmick's as this is valid at participating restaurants only. Also, space is limited and reservations are highly recommended. Norma's Cafe ~ This Veterans Day all veterans and current military members can receive a complimentary breakfast from a special Veterans Day menu.

Olive Garden ~ Olive Garden is having a Veterans Day free meal for all active-duty military and military veterans who provide proof of service on Wednesday, November 11, 2015. Veterans can choose a free entree from a special menu of Olive Garden's seven most popular items. All of these entrees come with freshly baked garlic breadsticks and a choice of unlimited soup or salad.

On the Border ~ Veterans and active duty military members a free Create Your Own Combo meal where they'll get to choose 2 or 3 selections of soup, salad, tacos, tostadas, enchiladas, and other classics. You'll need to bring military service proof such as a U.S. Uniform Services ID Card, a U.S. Uniform Services Retired ID card, Current Leave and Earnings Statement, Veterans Organizations Card, DD214, or Citation/Commendation.

Orange Leaf ~ Free frozen yogurt (up to 11 0z.). Proof of service required.

Outback Steakhouse ~ Stop into any Outback Steakhouse on November 11, 2015 to get a free Bloomin' Onion and beverage. This offer is for veterans as well as active duty and retired military as long as proof of service is shown, like wearing a uniform or showing military ID. Outback Steakhouse is also giving out a military discount of 15% off the total check November 12 to December 31, 2015.

Paciugo's ~ Paciugo's will be giving veterans and active duty military service members a free 12 oz. Gelatte on Wednesday, November 11, 2015. Guests must provide proof of service to take advantage of this Veterans Day free offer.

Pollo Tropical ~ Pollo Tropical is offering all veterans 15 percent off their purchase on Wednesday, Nov. 11. All guests have to do is show their military ID at the register and the discount will be applied. The offer will be available at all Pollo Tropical locations.

Red Lobster ~ Active duty military, reserve, and military veterans can stop by Red Lobster and get a free appetizer Monday, November 9 through Thursday, November 12, 2015.

Red Robin ~ Free Red's Tavern Double and Bottomless Steak Fries for all Red Robin guests with a military ID or proof of service.

Rock & Brews ~ Complimentary pulled pork sandwich with a side choice of natural fries, house potato salad, pasta salad or coleslaw. Proof of military service required.

Shoney's ~ Free All-American Burger to veterans and active duty service members. Dine-in only, Proof of Service required. Shoney's also offers a 15% everyday hometown heroes discount (military, fire, Police, EMT).

Spaghetti Warehouse – Buy 1 Get 1 Free Original Recipe Spaghetti, 15-Layer Lasagna, or Spaghetti & Meatballs. Coupon Required (available on their website and FaceBook page on Nov. 3)

Starbucks ~ Starbucks will be giving out free tall brewed coffees to veterans, active duty military, and their spouses on Veterans Day. Call ahead to make sure your local Starbucks is participating.

Texas Roadhouse ~ Free lunch event to honor the men and women of our armed forces. Choose from one of 10 free meals, plus sides and a soft drink, coffee, or tea. Offer good for All veterans – including all active, retired or former U.S. military. ID Required. Dine-in only. Call ahead to verify times and locations.

TGI Friday's ~ Free lunch for all current military members and veterans from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Valid ID or proof of service required. Dine-on only at participating locations. Be sure to contact your local T.G.I Friday's for details.

Twin Peaks ~ Twin Peaks will be giving free food to veterans and active military members November 11, 2015.

54th Street Grill ~ Free meal, up to $12 value, valid for current and former service members. Proof of service required

Veterans Meal Deals Requiring a food purchase:

Baskin-Robbins – the world's largest chain of ice cream specialty shops, today announced that in honor of U.S. troops, military families and veterans, it will donate 11 cents from each ice cream scoop sold in its U.S. locations on Veterans Day, November 11, to the United Service Organizations (USO).

Lone Star Steakhouse – Lone Star Steakhouse will be offering veterans a free Starter on Veterans Day this year.

Hooters – Veterans and active military members can get a free meal at Hooters on Wednesday, November 11 with purchase of a drink.

Fuddruckers Bar & Grill – With purchase of a drink and proof of service, active and retired military members can get a free All-American Burger and fries at Fuddruckers Bar & Grill.

Uno Pizzeria & Grill – UNO Pizzeria & Grill will offer veterans and active duty military a free entrée or individual pizza with the purchase of an entrée or pizza of equal or greater value on November 11, 2015. Military ID is required.

Other Free Deals:

Free Car Wash – Thousands of car washes around the country are offering vets a free car wash on Veterans Day. Find a list at Grace for Veterans.

Free Oil Change – Oil changes are free to Veterans and active duty armed forces members at many participating local oil change centers including participating name brand oil service centers. Call stores in your local area to confirm. Many are offering the free oil change for several days around Veterans Day.

Free Haircuts at Great Clips – Veterans and active/inactive/retired military members can stop into Great Clips on Wednesday, November 11 and get a free haircut or pickup a free haircut card to use before the end of the year. Anyone can stop in to get their haircut and receive a free haircut card that they can give to a veteran.

Free Haircuts at Sports Clips – Veterans and active duty U.S. service members can stop in on Wednesday, November 11, 2015 to get a free haircut at any participating Sports Clips.

Free Entrance Into National Parks – This freebie is in honor of Veterans Day but everyone can take part in it. Over 100 national parks will waive admission fees on November 11, 2015 in honor of Veterans Day.

Free Night Lodging at B&B's Around the Country – Vets can stay the night at over 200 participating B&B's and inns around the country on tuesday, November 10 and Wednesday, November 11, 2015. Reservations for your free stay can be made now and are only available while supplies last. There are also many Canadian B&Bs participating this year.

FREE Basic Oil Change at participating Meineke locations. This Veterans Day, November 11th, 2015, all veterans with a valid Military ID. I encourage you to call your closest Meineke location to confirm participation and to make an appointment.
