Butternut Squash Breakfast Cereal

I had some butternut squash I needed to use up, so I made a little something for breakfast!  Yummy and supper easy!

Cut butternut squash in half - scrape the seeds out.  Apply olive oil and bake on 400 for about 30 min or until soft.

Scape out the insides and put in bowl.

Mush up and add coconut or almond milk to consistency you want.  Add pecans, unsweetened coconut and cinnamon with a splash of vanilla.

Top with your favorite fruit.
