Paleo Doughnuts Recipes

These turned out pretty good.  Of course the picture isn't the best.  These shouldn't be consumed at large.

1/4 cup raw organic or local honey

1/4 cup pure maple syrup

6 tablespoons nonhydrogenated vegetable shortening, melted and cooled

2 eggs, at room temperature

2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

2 tablespoons almond milk, at room temperature

1 3/4 cups blanched almond flour

1 tablespoon coconut flour

3/4 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Mix ingredients and bake in a doughnut pan or I used a doughnut maker.
