Classic Coleslaw Recipe #Paleo

I've fixed this about three times and LOVE it!

1/4 cup Paleo Mayo
2 tbsp coconut milk
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp honey - natural
bag of cabbage or a head of cabbage

Mix the mayo, milk, lemon juice and honey - pour over the cabbage mix and stir.  Season with Salt and Pepper - you can also add toasted sesame seeds if you'd like.

Paleo Mayo:

2/3 cup olive oil (if you use extra virgin you will taste it and not like - to strong)
1 egg
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp dijon mustard or dry mustard
1/2 tsp garlic powder
salt & pepper to taste
