Yes You Can Still Use Coupons On H-E-B Combo Loco + More!

I know with the new HEB coupon policy a lot of you were curious if this would affect the ability to "piggyback" coupons onto the Combo Loco deals and I am happy to be able to confirm that the new policy only applies to stacking (defined as using 2 coupons on the same item) so YES you will still be able to combine coupons with the Buy This, Get That deals at HEB.

For Example, the following is no longer allowed:

Buy (1) Aveeno Body Lotion - $3
Use (1) $1/1 Aveeno Product, 1/27 RP
Stack With (1) $1.50/1 Aveeno Product, in-store Yellow Big Savings Coupon
Final Price= .50

But you can still do the following:

Buy (1) Aveeno Body Lotion - $3
Buy (1) Caress Body Wash - $3
Use (1) $1/1 Aveeno Product, 1/27 RP
Stack With (1) Get a Free Caress Body Wash wyb Aveeno Lotion, in-store Yellow Coupon
Final Price= $2 or $1 each

Keep in mind that the above does NOT generally apply to BOGO Coupons for the same product (and sometimes for products by the same manufacturer). This means that you can not use an additional coupon on the following type of deal:

Buy (2) Aveeno Body Lotion - $3
Use (1) Buy an Aveeno Lotion, get One Free, in-store Yellow Coupon
Final Price= $3
***This was actually the case with the old coupon policy as well and also applies to B2G1 Free, B3G1 Free, etc. The system reads these coupons as $X off the required amount of items and usually will apply to all items required for purchase.
