This is a pre-owned unit, so they've disclosed may show some scratches and signs of use, regardless my friends & I have ordered numerous electronics from Cowboom and NEVER have been able to tell use. Everything looks new & very impressive.
Keep in mind that the plug in cables and manuals are NOT included so you'll have to shop those or if your replacing a current non working unit you should have everything!
