I love eMeals! Although I love reading recipe books and trying new things on pinterest I've came to discover that I just don't have time these days. I opted to do the Low Calorie plan for 3 months! eMeals provides 7 dinner meals and side dishes each week with a organized shopping list & grocery store savings. Plus I opted to add the lunch menu & breakfast menu.
