I'm a sucker for gadgets like this. This one tempted me because I already knew that C02 worked to attract insects - One time I had hung a little propane burner on the deck to draw them in and, you know, incinerate them - as you probably know, propane puts out C02. But that approach is quite inconvenient because there needs to be a tank connected to it. In the case of this Bodden Insect Trap, I had never heard of the UV light trick so that intrigued me. I was delighted with this product because it really does work. I wasn't actually surprised that it did, since the concept was tried and true but it did surprise me that someone had incorporated the knowledge into such a clever apparatus. Pretty cool. This is one of those "solve the problem once and for all" items. If you're doing battle with mosquitos this summer just remember I told you what to do about it. And I promise not to say, "I told you so!"
