I'm always searching for books that my 10 year old will enjoy and came across these books at the book store - bought the U.S. Presidents book for his birthday - and we've been reading nightly. It's the neatest books, I'm enjoying reading along with him. I've learned things about presidents - and presidents I didn't even know were presidents (haha) and history - it's just awesome.
Did you know that Washington D.C was named after George Washington? or that George Washington never lived in the White House? Strictly speaking, Washington wasn't the first American president - he was the 9th - before the Constitution was ratified.
