Join the Witte Museum for a special Salud! Culinary Nights onWednesday, February 11th featuring the culture and flavors of chocolate from some of the most exciting chefs and restaurants in town! While enjoying inspired and delicious dishes, Bryan Bayles, Ph.D MPH, Curator of Anthropology and Health, will discuss the history of chocolate, its significance throughout a variety of cultures and even a few of its health benefits.
