Head to Sam's Club this Saturday, February 14th for a Free Health Screening.
From 11 AM-3 PM you can get tests valued at up to $150.
The screenings include:
Glucose, Total Cholesterol, HDL, Risk Ratio, Blood Pressure, Body Fat Percentage and Vision Screening/Testing.
These tests are free for both Sam's Club members and non-members.
