My favorite is the Food & Cooking and Cake Decorating! I don't have the patience yet for the Crocheting or Knitting...Sewing...one day...one day!
I've always stuggled with Perfecting the Pie Crust - I grabbed this class and looking at a few more. If you click into the one of interest - majority will have a little video that shows what you will learn etc...ahhh i'm digging the 20 Essential Cooking Techniques too!
So with the Pie Crust one - you'll learn how to make dough, fillings and techniques of rolling it out etc.
