Very easy meal!
2 lbs of large shrimp (peeled & deveined)
1 pk pre cooked smoked sausage
2 red bell peppers
2 green bell peppers
1 yellow onion
1/2 cup chicken stock
2 zucchini
2 garlic cloves
salt & pepper to taste
pinch of red pepper flakes
1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
Olive Oil or Coconut Oil
season shrimp with old bay seasoning and cook until opaque in season skillet, remove set aside
cook onions, bell peppers in season skillet for about 2 minutes
add sausage, zucchini and garlic, cook about 2 minutes
add shrimp back in, add chicken stock to moisten everything
add salt, pepper, red pepper flakes to taste
