Perfect treat to the end of a busy day - with these No Sugar Almond Butter Cups!
Shell:
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup coconut butter, softened
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
pinch sea salt
pinch of ground cinnamon
Filling:
3 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp coconut oil
pinch of sea salt
Line 12 cups of mini muffin tin with mini parchment paper liners
Make shell, spoon about 1 tsp in each - DO NOT USE ALL
Put in refrigerator and harden
Put filling in middle (I actually put it in refrigerator for a bit to set some because mine was to runny)
Use a pastry bag or ziploc, cut corner) and pipe onto middle leaving the edges
Top with the rest of the Shell
Set in refrigerator
