Marinade:
1/4 cup of Coconut Aminos
2 drops of fish sauce
2 tbsp sliced green onion
1/2 tsp fresh minced ginger
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp salt/pepper
Other:
1 lb of skirt steak
1 head broccoli
1 tbsp coconut oil or ghee
Cut skirt steak to liking - put in pan and cover with marinatade for 20 minutes.
Steam broccoli for just a few minutes. Don't overdo it b/c you want it to be crisp and pretty not mushy!!
Cook in large skillet (I used Wok) with a tbsp of coconut oil or ghee.
