Banana Bread Recipe - #Paleo

I made this for breakfast and snacks!

Mix Dry Ingredients

3/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup arrowroot flour
1/2 cup almond flour
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup chopped walnut
1/2 cup raisins

Mix Wet Ingredients

4 medium bananas
3 large eggs
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp pure vanilla
1/4 tsp pure almond extract

Topped with unsweetened shredded coconut & chopped nuts

Preheat 350.  Line loaf pan with parchement paper.  Mix Dry & Wet together, pour into pan and bake 70 to 75 min or until toothpick comes out clean.   Set on wire rack and cool about 5 min.  Take out and finish cooling on rack.
