If you don't like hotness this may not be the soup for you - or you may need to not add as much hot sauce. I really enjoyed, because it was something a little different.
1 Head of Cauliflower - chopped
4 Organic Chicken Breast
2 Cups Organic Chicken Stock
3 Stalks of Celery
1 Cup of Franks Hot Sauce
1 Onion - diced
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp onion powder
1 Cup of Coconut Milk
1/2 tbsp fresh parsley
1/2 tbsp chives
1/2 tbsp dried dill
1/2 cup of chopped cilantro
I used a whole organic chicken and saved some for Chicken Salad to have at lunch. Also I used the whole carton of organic chicken stock and added a little more coconut milk...I don't measure out seasonings - so I dumped to taste like I wanted....You can use a processor but I liked keeping everything chunky. You can also add a little honey to make sweet, but if your on a Whole 30 - then you've got to leave it out.
