These were AMAZING! Although they are paleo friendly, don't eat the whole pan! Make sure you eat in moderation.
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp coconut oil
1 1/4 cup coconut sugar
3/4 cup + 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
2 large eggs
1/2 cup almond flour
Preheat over 325. Line 8x8 dish with aluminum foil (grease).
Melt coconut oil, coconut sugar, cocoa powder, salt - DO NOT OVERHEAT
Add vanilla, eggs, and stir until batter is thick and blended.
Add Almond Flour stir until blended and pour into pan
Bake about 20 - 25 min
Topped mine with fresh Strawberries. These would have been just fine without....
