Another delightful dish!
2 lb Steaks - trimmed
4 tbsp coconut oil or olive oil
2 green bell peppers
2 yellow onions
4 carrots - shredded
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder
salt and pepper
Cut steak into think strips - Heat Meat and add onions to saute, add peppers, water, spices and garlic salt.
Serve on the Bed of Raw Carrots - I served the rest of the families over rice.
Next time I will make more onions with this, because I felt they got lost once cooked.
