Can of chicken
1/2 cup paleo mayo
chopped onion
1 green apple chopped & peeled
almonds
salt & pepper
curry
Stuffed in a Pepper and then sliced!
Paleo Mayo:
2/3 cup olive oil (if you use extra virgin you will taste it and not like - to strong)
1 egg
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp dijon mustard or dry mustard
1/2 tsp garlic powder
salt & pepper to taste
