Please enter the name exactly as you would like it to appear (i.e. Mrs. Smith or Mr. Williams).

Our personalized note holders fit a standard, 3x3" post-it pad. (Post-it pads not included)
To secure your post-it pad to the holder, peel off the back page of your post-it pad and stick to the holder.
