It's really simple and saves a ton of money

My sushi is really simple, that's why the kiddos like it - nothing fancy. I just buy imitation crab sticks and wild caught frozen salad shrimp.  Shred the crab sticks and defrost the salad shrimp.

Make sure you buy Sushi Rice (it's more sticky - to hold on rolls) - cook according to package - then I mix a little of Rice Vinegar after it's cooked and salt.
